remade

2 corinthians 5:17 says Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come! Think about it if you have accepted Jesus Christ as your savior then he has washed the slate clean. He sees nothing  that happened before only what you do after you receive him. You become like a new person because He washed your sins away and you became you white as snow. Lets face it some of the choices you have made in the past were probably not the  best of choices. Maybe you were a cutter, or had an eating disorder. Maybe you were nothing that extreme or maybe you were worse. Boom the Day that you accepted christ all that was gone. You are worth so much more to be stuck in those lies of the world. The reason you are worth more is because God the most high loves you and we are his sons and daughters. More often than not how much do we know all the answers and go through life rehearsing them instead of living them. How many people believe that thier past is thier past but thier past is not thier future. There is healing from pain and the hurts that you have had in the past. After that, that is what gives you strength to help others who may be struggling and to point them to Jesus so they to can become a new creation in him. You have to ask yourself sometimes where is your heart. Are you pointing people in the right direction to become a new creation? Or are you stuck to much in your past to beleive that you are a new creation yourself. You are more than your past, but God is your present and your future.

Shelter

James 5:16 says Confess your sins to one another so you can pray for each other in service and in love because the prayer of a righteous man is powerful and holy. It is impossible to be a follower of Jesus Christ apart from life in the fellowship of local believers. As being followers of Christ that makes us one body. The body can not function properly if all the parts arent working. Think about the heart. The main thing that keeps the body functioning. Of that fails then you die. Now think about yourself as the heart in the body of Christ. In order for the body of Christ to work properly you need to do your part.  Also in a body there is communication. Your brain tells your heart to pump, your nerves to move and what to feel, and tells your eyes what to see. If there was no communication there would be nothing. no thoughts, no feelings, no breath, NO LIFE and you would die. Think about the body of Christ the same way. if there is no communication in the body of Christ your spirit would die.  you would not want that to happen would you.  Galatians 6:2 Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ. God gives us all with different abilities, different personalities, and different lives, not only so we can be there for another but because He shows us a different part of who he is in every person. One person can not do everything but God can. So he uses other people to show all the other people what he can do. Its like a never ending variety show.  He also gives us our brothers and sisters in christ to encourage each other  and help each other in times of distress. Maybe when you need prayer or encouragement or you just need a friend. Hebrews 10:24-25 And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near." Broken World

The world we live in is Broken. Answers are always being searched out. Anger and pain manifest in peoples heart and they dont know what to do about it. They dont know where to turn they dont know how to deal with it. Thats why you have people who look for answers in other places like money, love, sex, drugs and murder (to name a few). I still struggle with this too. In a broken world we cry out to feel hope. Some think hope is lost but its at this point where it is found. Jesus did not and will not forget about you. He hears your every pain and cry. He knows every tear you shed and he holds it in his hand. Sometimes God puts us through trials as a test. There is hope for the world. God said there will be peace among all nations. Until that day comes we will always be crying out "God help us." Until that day there will be pain. God however can help you through it. Philippians 4:13 says "For I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength." There aint no hope in money, hope in love, theres only hope in God. Where do you find your hope? In a broken world we cry to feel the hope that helps these hearts to heal your my strength your my rescue Jesus I hold on to you. Stay

Do you realize how powerful we are because of who we serve?  There is so many times that we cry out to God, We ask him to take us to the next step in life, in our relationship with him. We he brings us there it is not always a breeze through it. For some of us it can be a trial, For some of it it could be something from your past that you need healing from. Whatever it may be if God brings you to it God will bring you through it. We serve a Big God  We can not even begin to imagine the depths of his love for us. Well then when God does bring you to a trial dont just stop and say im done continue to press on because its in those times that we dig deeper and it is in those times that we realize How big our God really is. God never promised that it would be an easy road to take he only promised that we would not go alone. He is always with us. If we continue to press through those times the best will be yet to come. God uses trials to strengthen our relationship with him but if we have the mindset that we can not press on or we dont want to keep going or work through this we will never experience the best. God uses trials for training for something thats going to happen in the future weather it is helping somone that needs that expereince or something else.  Dont give up because God does hear your prayers and his timing is perfect. Dont pray for him to take you out of a hard situation. But if he doesnt take you out he will hold your hand and help you through it every step of the way. The world is filled with so many what ifs...

Hey guys. The world is filled with so many what ifs. What if I would have kept up with my blog would more people had read it? (sorry i didnt but i plan to start it back up again.) What if I would have made that choice instead of this choice i wonder how things would have been different. What ifs surround us in everyday life. But what if we said what if to Jesus. What if we dont know who he is or choose to believe. I often wonder what would happen if I didnt have Jesus on my side looking out for me. I often wonder people who are not Christians who do they have to hope in or who do they believe in.   What if they are right?  What if Jesus was just another person in history. Someone who did good things. Just an average day joe. But what if they are wrong. What if there is more what if there hope you never dreamed of fighting for? What if Jesus was and Is the Lord and savior. There is more to the question of what if you think really deeply about it. I am a Christian and I know my God and I know who he is and I know he wont leave me nor forsake me. If you are reading this and you are not a Christian let me ask you this. Do you ever wonder what if?  If you believe nothing is going to happen then what do you have to loose anyway if you did decide Jesus was the answer. Your Great name

Just think. How great is our God? There is like an infinite number of names for God because God is all things.  God is the father. God is the healer. He is the creator. He is son of GOD and man because God came to Earth as a human just to die on the cross for our sins. He is the only reason we exist. His name is holier than any other names and he will be there in an instant to rescue you. My favorite part of this song says the enemy has to leave at the sound of your great name. But think about it. As soon as the name Jesus is mentioned satan cowers away with his tail in between his legs. Lost are saved; find their way; at the sound of Your great name  All condemned; feel no shame, at the sound of Your great name Every fear; has no place; at the sound of Your great name Think about how powerful those words are. A lot of times I think this is a great song but why? This song didnt really click for me until today when I realized that it really means so much more than i thought it did. Jesus says no one comes to the father except through him.  All condemed find thier way at the sound of your great name because God will wipe your slate clean he doesnt judge you the only thing he  has unconditional love. One life to Loose

What more do I have to give than the rest of all of my life?  What do you do with time procrasinate, waste it, watch tv? Why not let everything you do worship Jesus the one who made us the one who gives us life? We only have one life and God commands us to worship him and to do everything for his glory. God forgives everything that we do and we become a new creation. For this we should be eternally grateful. There is one Lord who leads. God commands us To pick up our cross and follow him no matter how steep or how much it costs even of it means to give him our life.  Weather we are persecuted or slain or anything else. God helps up when \we need help and when we are down. so thats where the I have learned that when I am lost its there that I am found comes in. Because Even if you were the only lost person on the planet God would have still come to earth to die for you.  He loves you so much? Why not spend the rest of your life to glorify him in everything that you do and with every word you  breathe. Why not worship him with your life? What more precious can you give to the creator? Dont live life for yourself. If you do in the end the end its worth nothing. Live life everyday with an eternal mindset.  wanting to do everything for him. what more do you have to give than everything that you have? this is normally a piano song. its One life to loose by laura story.
